January 8th, 2007. I had started writing about the polar bears and global warming.
January 9th, 2007. I am reading about Somalia. Knowing how easily I get distracted, I can’t help wondering if the critically timed US air strikes in Somalia is a ploy to divert attention from Bush’s upcoming speech on the War, from Iraq? After all, the war on Iraq did divert the media’s attention from Afghanistan and the US government’s unsuccessful attempts at capturing Osama Bin Laden.
Al-Qaeda. Saddam. Back to Al-Qaeda. What’s the next strategery?
